FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION 

An initial consultation provides general information only.

PAID CONSULTATION. 

We are required to enter into a service agreement following initial consultation, under section 42 of the Code of Conduct.

A two-hour consultation is usually required to complete an in-depth assessment of your eligibility for the required visa based on individual circumstances and the information provided. 

METHOD OF COMMUNICATION

Have a chat with one of our agents/lawyers to arrange an appointment. Meet us at our office or connect using your preferred method of communication.

Consultation Fees (includes GST)

We offer competitive rates:

· Initial consultation - FREE

· One-hour virtual consultation - $275

· One-hour in-person meeting - $385 per hour.

Surcharge: Online bookings include a 5.4% surcharge. 

Note: The cost of a paid consultation may be deducted from our professional fees if you proceed with the advice within a reasonable period that does not require reassessment.

PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING AHEAD OF MEETING

· Remittance advice; 

· Color copy bio page of valid Passport(s); 

· Original visa letter from the department;

· Immigration History, e.g. refusals/bans;

· Character records, e.g. police checks;

· Current Resume;

· English proficiency test results;

· Skills Assessments;

· Documents of any dependents;

· Qualifications; 

· Work Experience documents; and

· Employer referral for work visas.

We will provide a written assessment following paid consultations (See: What We Do).

On-site consultations for employers are free within 30km of the Melbourne CBD. Additional fees apply outside of this area.
