WHAT WE DO:
Our assessing staff will conduct a previous dealing search of all new inquiries. Speak with one of our staff before booking an initial consultation.
We are required to enter into a service agreement following initial consultation, in accordance with section 42 of the Code of Conduct.
We recommend a two-hour consultation to complete an in-depth assessment of your eligibility for the required visa based on individual circumstances and the information provided. This work will comprise meetings and legal research.
Following paid consultations, qualified staff will make an assessment of the required visa based on the client’s circumstances and the information provided. Written advice will be provided to the client to include the following information:
Initial Assessment
1) Immigration pathway options.
2) Eligibility criteria.
3) Pros and cons.
4) Estimated timelines.
5) Fee estimate.
If the client proceeds with the advice within a reasonable period of the initial consultation and does not require reassessment, the consultation fee will be deducted from our professional fee for the delivery of the service (see Statement of Service below).
Payment Plans
Before we start work on your matter 50% of our professional fee is to be paid into the Clients' Trust Account. The balance is to be paid at the agreed completion stage of the service agreement.
Disbursements are costs that are required to deliver the service. Certain costs must be paid by the client and are detailed in the service agreement. Any changes to the costs during the process will be communicated to the client and varied in accordance with section 46 of the Code of Conduct.
